Dental Office Floor Plan 2 - Tenant space 2,400 SF

This project was designed to accommodate a unique layout of an existing tenant space. A particular challenge was an existing east to west structural wall that would have been expensive to modify. In the final plan lab and sterilization locations are reversed from an ideal location but resulting in considerable construction cost savings.

• 2 hygiene and 5 general, one of them private, state of the art operatories customized for the Dentist's and Dental Hygienists preferred working arrangement
